Account Replacement & Warranty Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility for Replacement:

Due to the digital nature of account credentials, replacements are provided strictly under limited conditions:

A replacement will be granted if, during the initial login check, the account is found to be non-existent, credentials are invalid, or the account was banned prior to delivery.

3. Supplier-Side Defects:

Replacements apply if non-functionality is caused directly by an issue originating on our supply/creation pipeline before delivery.

4. Warranty Window:

All claims must be submitted within the specific replacement warranty period indicated on the respective product page at the time of purchase. Claims submitted after the expiration of the specified warranty window are ineligible for replacement or remedy.

Disqualification & Exclusions

To protect system integrity, replacement rights are immediately rendered null and void under any of the following circumstances:

1. Credential Modification:

Any alteration of original account parameters—including changing passwords, security questions, associated email addresses, recovery phone numbers, or account settings—voids all warranty coverage.

2. Post-Login Security Triggers:

We do not guarantee or replace accounts that incur bans, suspensions, or verification checks occurring after a successful initial login.

3. Improper Usage & Environmental Factors:

The store bears no liability and will not replace accounts flagged or restricted due to client-side operational triggers, including but not limited to:

Failure to isolate requests using dedicated, high-quality proxies per account (e.g., sharing IPs across multiple account logins).
Usage of flagged, datacenter, or low-quality proxy subnets.
Rapid automated actions, mass operations, scraping, spamming, or triggering target platform anti-bot measures (e.g., Cloudflare, DataDome, Akamai).
Incompatible software, bad automation scripts, or device/browser fingerprint mismatches.

4. Claim Procedure & Evidence Requirements:

To initiate a replacement request, the buyer must submit a ticket within the warranty window containing:

The full, unaltered list of affected account credentials.
Unedited video or raw request/response log evidence clearly demonstrating the exact error code during the initial check.
Proof of proxy configuration/IP usage applied during the initial check upon request.

Failure to provide full verifiable evidence within 24 hours of opening a claim will result in ticket dismissal.

4. Remedy & Balance Credit

Primary Remedy: If a replacement claim is validated, the sole remedy will be a replacement with an identical or equivalent product in stock.
Store Credit Alternative: In the event that replacement inventory is out of stock or unavailable, store balance credit will be issued to the buyer’s account. Cash refunds to payment methods are not issued for eligible replacement claims unless explicitly approved at management’s discretion.

Refund Policy
